There are many great real estate agents, but I must say that Cherrie Brown is the best of the best. I would never use anyone else to represent me while buying or selling a home. She made the selling of my home seamless. She knew exactly how to groom my house to present a perfect showing. Her advice and selling strategies are based on her vast experience and knowledge of the real estate market. I relied heavily upon that, and I was not disappointed. Selling a home is a big endeavor but she made it so streamline and easy. She has great communication skills and is a down-to-earth person, who has positive relationships with other agents in the biz as well.
Now we are shopping for my next home. She really has an understanding and feel for what I want and don't want. She is always readily available for me. It is a comfort to have her with me when looking at a property. She can point out potential issues/corrections that may be necessary. She is a can-do person and has a great team supporting her.
My advice is, "Don't waste time shopping for a real estate agent....just call Cherrie Brown."
